The state public defender system shall not represent a personwho faces a loss or deprivation of liberty pursuant to section 632.415, RSMo,and nothing in sections 600.011 to 600.048 and 600.086 to 600.096 shall beconstrued to affect the legal representative provided to any person pursuantto section 632.415, RSMo.
