Parolees to pay for representation, when.

600.089. If the public defender commission has obtained ajudgment against an offender in the custody of the department ofcorrections, and the offender is later paroled and becomesfinancially able to pay all or some part of such judgment, heshall be required, as a condition of his continued parole, to payover to the public defender commission such amounts as he canreasonably pay, either by a single payment or by installments ofreasonable amounts, in accordance with the schedule of chargesfor public defender services prepared pursuant to section600.090.
