Capital access program fund created.
620.1055. The state treasurer shall credit any moneysreceived from the department pursuant to sections 620.1045 to620.1063 to the credit of the "Missouri Capital Access ProgramFund", which is hereby created in the state treasury.Notwithstanding the provisions of section 33.080, RSMo, to thecontrary, money in this fund shall not be transferred and placedto the credit of general revenue.
