Location of commission, promotion of film by other state agencies,transfers of staff by other agencies.
620.1220. The office of the Missouri film commission shall be locatedin Jefferson City and shall replace any state agency, division or staffwhich, on August 28, 1996, sections 620.1200 to 620.1240, provides servicesto the film industry or is organized to promote film production inMissouri. The department of economic development may transfer staff fromany agency replaced by the office of the Missouri film commission to thisoffice.
