Administrative procedure.
621.135. The provisions of chapter 536, RSMo, and anyamendments thereto, except those provisions or amendments whichare in conflict with sections 621.015 to 621.198, and any civilrule hereafter adopted which supersedes an applicable provisionof chapter 536, shall apply to and govern the proceedings of theadministrative hearing commission and the rights and duties ofthe parties involved.
