630.095. The department may copyright or obtain a trademarkfor any instructional, training and informational audio-visualmaterials, manuals and documents which are prepared by departmentpersonnel or by persons who receive department funding to preparesuch material. If the material is sold directly or fordistribution, the department shall pay the proceeds of the salesto the director of revenue for deposit to the general revenuefund.
