630.200. In accordance with state and federal law, no mental healthfacility or mental health program in which people may be civilly detainedpursuant to chapter 632, RSMo, and no residential facility, day program orspecialized service operated, funded or licensed by the department shalldeny admission or other services to any person because of his race, sex,creed, marital status, national origin, disability or age.
