Affiliation agreements from vendors required.
630.420. To coordinate a delivery system of accessibledepartment services, to integrate vendor programs into thedepartment system and to avoid duplication of state-provided or-supported services, the department shall require affiliationagreements with vendors as a condition for receivingpurchase-of-service funds. In the agreements, the departmentshall assign responsibility to the vendors for providing certainprograms for meeting the needs of underserved, unserved orinappropriately served persons for whom the state has theresponsibility to serve.
