Incentive grants authorized--rules and regulations--duration ofgrants.
630.425. 1. The department may make incentive grants fromfunds specifically appropriated for this purpose to private andpublic entities seeking to establish a residential facility, dayprogram or specialized service for persons affected by mentaldisorders, mental illness, mental retardation, developmentaldisabilities or alcohol or drug abuse in unserved, underserved orinappropriately served areas of the state.
2. The department shall promulgate rules establishingprocedures for monitoring and auditing such grants.
3. The grants shall be of limited duration of one year andrenewable for only one additional year if the funds areappropriated for this purpose.
