Alternative proposals to be prepared.
630.630. If a patient or resident, parent, if the patient orresident is a minor, or legal guardian does not consent totransfer of the patient or resident from a facility operated bythe department, then the department shall propose otherappropriate placement alternatives, if available, and seek toobtain consent under section 630.625 until the alternatives areexhausted.
