Cooperation with department of social services.
630.650. The department of social services shall cooperatewith the department of mental health and its facilities inlocating licensed residential facilities, day programs andspecialized services, in visiting and inspecting them, and insubmitting inspection and other reports regarding them and thedepartment clients placed therein.
