Waiver or exception request of administrative rule or standard,procedure.
630.656. Notwithstanding any rule to the contrary, any request for awaiver or exception of administrative rule or standard shall be approved byan exceptions committee created by the filing agency and such committeeshall be considered a public governmental body operating under chapter 610,RSMo.
