Where detention to take place.
632.365. Notwithstanding any other provision of the law to thecontrary, whenever a court orders a person detained for involuntarytreatment in a mental health program operated by the department, the orderof detention shall be to the custody of the director of the department, whoshall determine where detention and involuntary treatment shall take placein the least restrictive environment, be it an inpatient or outpatientsetting.
