Prosecutor's duties.
632.405. It shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorney ofthe county wherein a hearing described under this chapter takesplace to represent the petitioner and to file and prosecute incourt all petitions for detention, evaluation and treatmentpursuant to this chapter. Such duty shall be fulfilled by thecounty counselor in counties having a county counselor and by thecircuit attorney in any city not within a county.
