Release of information, when.
632.510. In order to protect the public, relevant information andrecords which are otherwise confidential or privileged shall be released tothe agency with jurisdiction or the attorney general for the purpose ofmeeting the notice requirement provided in section 632.483 or 632.484 anddetermining whether a person is or continues to be a sexually violentpredator.
