Division director to be chief administrative officer.
633.015. The division director, subject to the supervisionof the director, shall be the chief administrative officer of hisdivision and shall exercise for the division the powers andduties of an appointing authority under chapter 36, RSMo, toemploy such administrative, technical and other personnel, exceptemployees of department facilities, as may be necessary for theperformance of the powers and duties of the division.
