Definition to determine status of eligibility.
633.029. All persons determined eligible for servicesprovided by the division of mental retardation and developmentaldisabilities prior to January 1, 1991, shall be eligible forservices on the basis of their earlier determination ofeligibility without regard to their eligibility status under thedefinition of developmental disability contained in section630.005, RSMo.
