Transfer of patient to mental health facility by head of retardationfacility, how.
633.150. The head of a mental retardation facility maytransfer a resident to a mental health facility only under theprovisions of chapter 632, RSMo. The director shall order thatsuch resident be returned to the mental retardation facility whenthe resident is no longer in need of psychiatric care andtreatment.
