Termination of workers on disqualification registry.
633.303. Any employee, including supervisory personnel, of a grouphome or mental retardation facility who has been placed on thedisqualification registry pursuant to section 630.170, RSMo, shall beterminated. Such requirements shall be specified in contracts between thedepartment and providers pursuant to this section.
