Special water protection area, information program to be established,purpose, duties.
640.420. When a special water quality protection area hasbeen established, the department shall implement an areainformational program to help prevent, eliminate, mitigate orminimize the continued introduction of the contaminant orcontaminants into the surface or groundwater.
