640.430. 1. The department shall establish an interagency task forceconsisting of the departments of health and senior services, conservation,agriculture, the University of Missouri, college of agriculture and such otherdepartments and agencies as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes andprovisions of sections 640.400 to 640.435.
2. The interagency task force shall meet at least semiannually. Thedepartment shall be the lead agency in matters related to surface andgroundwater protection.
