Appropriation for grants made to the department of naturalresources--to administer.
640.610. Appropriations for such grants shall be made to thedepartment of natural resources, who shall administer such grantsfor transmission to public water supply districts, sewerdistricts, rural community water or sewer systems, or municipalsewer systems to which the grant is made.
