Administration of fund.
640.678. After three years from August 28, 1997, and every yearthereafter, the department shall calculate the average unobligated balanceof general revenue moneys in the fund. The department shall annuallynotify the state treasurer as to the amount of the average unobligatedbalance of general revenue moneys. The state treasurer shall transfer fromthe fund to the general revenue fund of the state an amount equal to theaverage unobligated balance of general revenue moneys less ten thousanddollars.
