Administration of program moneys from sources other thanappropriations.
640.680. All moneys from sources other than state appropriationswhich are specified to be used for purposes identified under the provisionsof sections 640.651 to 640.686 shall be handled in the same manner asmoneys received through state appropriations unless otherwise required inagreements or regulations with the sources from which such moneys areobtained. The department director shall certify that the use of all suchmoneys and any required agreements or regulations are consistent with theintent of sections 640.651 to 640.686 and all other state and federal lawsgoverning such moneys, agreements and regulations.
