Judicial review.
643.130. All final orders or determinations of thecommission or the director hereunder shall be subject to judicialreview pursuant to the provisions of sections 536.100 to 536.140,RSMo. No judicial review shall be available hereunder, however,unless and until all administrative remedies are exhausted.
