643.255. 1. No state agency or political subdivision of this stateshall accept a bid in connection with any asbestos abatement project that doesnot fully comply with the provisions of sections 643.225 to 643.250.
2. No state agency or political subdivision of this state shall carryout any asbestos abatement project using its own employees except incompliance with the requirements of sections 643.225 to 643.250.
