Citation of law--mandate of Congress.
643.300. Sections 643.300 to 643.355 shall be known as the "AirQuality Attainment Act". The enactment of the air quality attainment actand any subsequent amendments to such act are a mandate of the UnitedStates Congress under the federal Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C.7401, et seq.
