Proceeds of sale, how handled.
644.520. The moneys realized from the sale of bonds underthe provisions of sections 644.500 to 644.560 shall be paid intothe state treasury, to the credit of the "Water Pollution ControlFund", and shall be appropriated by the general assembly for thepurposes for which the bonds are hereinabove authorized to beissued and for the payment of all necessary expenses incidentalthereto.
