Rules, procedure.
660.017. The department of social services may adopt, appeal andamend rules necessary to carry out the duties assigned to it. All rulesshall be promulgated pursuant to the provisions of this section and chapter536, RSMo. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority ofthis section shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuantto the provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
