Expenditures--utilicare stabilization fund.
660.135. 1. The utilicare stabilization fund for any fiscal yearshall be funded, subject to appropriations, by the general assembly.
2. The department of social services shall, in coordination with thedepartment of natural resources, apply a portion of the funds appropriatedannually by the general assembly to the utilicare stabilization fundestablished pursuant to section 660.136 to the low income weatherizationassistance program of the department of natural resources; provided thatany project financed with such funds shall be consistent with federalguidelines for the Weatherization Assistance Program for Low-Income Personsas authorized by 42 U.S.C. 6861.
