Director to make regulations.
660.180. The director of the department of social services,or his delegate, is authorized, subject to the provisions of thisact*, to promulgate regulations not inconsistent with this act* asnecessary to qualify for maximum federal funds, subject tosection 660.185 and the appropriation of state funds for thisprogram.
