Division to assist applicants or holders of licenses.
660.411. The division shall offer technical assistance orconsultation to assist applicants for or holders of licenses orprovisional licenses in meeting the requirements of sections199.025, RSMo, and 660.403 to 660.420, staff qualifications, andother aspects involving the operation of an adult day careprogram, and to assist in the achievement of programs ofexcellence related to the provision of adult day care.
