Rules, authority, procedure.
660.418. The director of the division shall have the authority topromulgate rules pursuant to this section and chapter 536, RSMo, in orderto carry out the provisions of sections 199.025, RSMo, and 660.403 to660.420. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority ofsection 199.025, RSMo, and sections 660.403* to 660.420 shall becomeeffective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions ofsection 536.024, RSMo.
