Violations, penalty.
701.320. 1. Except as otherwise provided, violation of theprovisions of sections 701.308, 701.309, 701.310, 701.311 and 701.316 is aclass A misdemeanor.
2. Any lead inspector, risk assessor, lead abatement supervisor, leadabatement worker, project designer, or lead abatement contractor whoengages in a lead abatement project while such person's license, issuedunder section 701.312, is under suspension or revocation is guilty of aclass D felony.
