No liability for providing information--exception--penalty.
701.330. 1. No individual or organization providing information tothe department in accordance with sections 701.318 to 701.330 shall bedeemed to be, or be held, liable, either civilly or criminally, fordivulging confidential information unless such individual or organizationacted in bad faith, negligently, or with malicious purpose.
2. Nothing in sections 701.318 to 701.330 shall be construed tocompel any individual to submit to a medical or health departmentexamination, treatment or supervision of any kind.
3. Any violation of sections 701.318 to 701.330 is an infraction.
