Rulemaking authority.
701.346. The department of health and senior services shallpromulgate rules to implement the provisions of sections 701.340 to701.349. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority ofsections 701.340 to 701.349 shall become effective unless it has beenpromulgated pursuant to chapter 536, RSMo.
