72-34-319. Repairs and alterations of property. The trustee has the power to do any of the following:
(1) make ordinary or extraordinary repairs, alterations, improvements in buildings or other trust property;
(2) demolish any improvements; or
(3) raze existing or erect new party walls or buildings.
