18-1741.02. Handicapped parking infraction;penalties.Any person found guilty of a handicapped parkinginfraction shall be fined (1) not more than one hundred fifty dollars for the first offense, (2) notmore than three hundred dollars fora second offense within a one-year period, and (3) not more than five hundred dollars for a third or subsequentoffense within a one-year period.
