23-2319.02. County EmployerRetirement Expense Fund; use.The County Employer RetirementExpense Fund shall be used to meet expenses of the county employees retirementsystem whether such expenses are incurred in administering the member's employeraccount or in administering the member's employer cash balance account whenthe funds available in the County Employees Defined Contribution RetirementExpense Fund or County Employees Cash Balance Retirement Expense Fund makesuch use reasonably necessary.
