24-227.01. Supreme CourtAutomation Cash Fund; created; use; investment.TheSupreme Court Automation Cash Fund is created. The State Court Administratorshall administer the fund. Except as otherwise directed by the SupremeCourt during the period from November 21, 2009, until June 30, 2011, the fundshall only be used to support automation expenses of the Supreme Court, Courtof Appeals, district courts, separate juvenile courts, county courts, andNebraska Probation System from the computer automation budget program, except that the State Treasurer shall,on or before June 30, 2011, on such date as directed by the budget administratorof the budget division of the Department of Administrative Services, transferthe amount set forth in Laws 2009, LB1, One Hundred First Legislature,First Special Session. Any money in the SupremeCourt Automation Cash Fund available for investment shall be investedby the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital ExpansionAct and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
