3-803. Terms, defined.For purposes of the Nebraska State Airline Authority Act:(1) Airline facilities or facilities shall mean all real or personal property used or useful in the conduct of airline services;(2) Authority shall mean the Nebraska State Airline Authority created in section 3-804; and(3) Department shall mean the Department of Aeronautics.
