48-642. Appeals; commissioner a party; representation on judicial review.The commissioner shall be a party entitled to notice in any proceeding involving a claim for benefits before an appeal tribunal. In any proceeding for judicial review pursuant to sections 48-638 to 48-640 the commissioner may be represented by any qualified attorney employed and designated by him for that purpose, or at the commissioner's request by the Attorney General.
