49-1529. Specific Authority for Compensation, defined.The short form expression, Specific Authority for Compensation, shall mean that the principal generally authorizes and empowers the agent to pay, prepay, or otherwise satisfy the fees, salaries, wages, or other remuneration for labor or services of the agent or any other person appropriate, convenient, or necessary for effectuation of, and otherwise to arrange and make adequate compensation for work reasonably required pursuant to, any other specific authority or general power granted to the agent by the principal.
