49-1535. Specific Authority for Improvements, defined.The short form expression, Specific Authority for Improvements, shall mean that the principal generally authorizes and empowers the agent to alter, better, diminish, enhance, enlarge, preserve, protect, repair, restore, and otherwise improve any property.
