Swine; hog cholera; held for destruction; care and feeding; cost.Expenses for the care and feeding of swine held for destruction and the expenses of destruction, burial, incineration, transportation, and other expenses incidental to their slaughter shall not be paid by the Bureau of Animal Industry.
