54-2271. Department; federal funds; allocation.The department shall cooperate with the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Veterinary Services, by recommending where and how federal funds allocated for the pseudorabies control and eradication program in Nebraska should be spent.
