79-495. Class I or Class II school district; new district; failure to organize; dissolution for failure to organize.In case the inhabitants of any new Class I or Class II school district referred to in section 79-492 fail to organize it, the State Committee for the Reorganization of School Districts shall immediately dissolve such district and attach it to an adjoining district or districts.
