8-2105. Out-of-state bank; branches; limitation.No out-of-state bank shall be permitted to establish or acquire a branch located in this state without engaging in an interstate merger transaction or as provided in subsection (3) of section 8-2104. SourceLaws 1997, LB 351, § 5.
