81-1211. Tourist Promotion Fund; created; purpose; investment.All funds obtained from the sale of tourist promotion items shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Tourist Promotion Fund which is hereby established. The Department of Economic Development shall make expenditures from such fund to promote and develop the tourist potential of this state. Any money in the fund available for investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
