81-2511. State assistance to political subdivision;application; contents; commission; duties.(1) All applications for state assistanceunder sections 81-2509 to 81-2515 shall be in writing, include a certifiedcopy of the approving action of the governing body of the applicant describingthe proposed use for the state assistance, and be of such form and containthe content as the commission shall prescribe and publish for distributionto a political subdivision upon request.(2) Upon receivingan application for state assistance, the commission shall review the applicationand notify the applicant of any additional information needed for a properevaluation of the application.(3) Any state assistance received pursuantto sections 81-2509 to 81-2515 shall be used only for public purposes.
